Daniel Levy is an accredited Awareness through Movement Teacher. During a class he will lead you through:

  • A variety of different movement exercises.

  • This will invoke and wake up new areas of your muscular skeletal system.

  • Creating new connections and relationships within your body.

  • This is all done through the concept of refined-awareness.

Running Series

Sign up to this 7 week series on learning to run using your whole body, over 7 hours of instructor lead education. Days & Times same as above, operating during class times.

We will be using the same principals as in a typically class, through the use of refined-attention to your body, you will discover many new things about your body, and:

  • improve your coordination, balance and flexibility

  • make your movement well supported, stable and more efficient

  • train your attention, focus and awareness of your body

  • create an economical and sustainable technique

  • help prevent injury and re-occurrence
