Daniel Levy is an accredited Awareness through Movement Teacher. During a class he will lead you through:
A variety of different movement exercises.
This will invoke and wake up new areas of your muscular skeletal system.
Creating new connections and relationships within your body.
This is all done through the concept of refined-awareness.

Running Series
Sign up to this 7 week series on learning to run using your whole body, over 7 hours of instructor lead education. Days & Times same as above, operating during class times.
We will be using the same principals as in a typically class, through the use of refined-attention to your body, you will discover many new things about your body, and:
improve your coordination, balance and flexibility
make your movement well supported, stable and more efficient
train your attention, focus and awareness of your body
create an economical and sustainable technique
help prevent injury and re-occurrence
