What is Feldenkrais?

 

After an Awareness through Movement class you:

  • Help prevent injury, and
     

  • Own a more sustainable body.

To develop more body awareness 

Through paying closer attention

1. To how your body moves:

a. How your feet connect with your legs

c. How your pelvis connect with your spine

d. How your head connects with your spine

e. How your arms connect with your shoulders

f. and many more relationships.

 

2. After this refined attention and concentration

3. This can occur within a typical programmed series of lessons, 6 weeks or more.

With regular practise and trained attention exercises repeated daily for short intervals.
